All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Nyla Kimberley reserves the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via our secure payment provider.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Nyla Kimberley does not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third party payment provider.
In the event of a pricing error, Nyla Kimberley reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
When you purchase a workshop place, you will receive a confirmation email with joining instructions. Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
You are responsible for ensuring you can attend on the confirmed date. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your options in that event are:
Workshop places are non refundable except in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy. If the workshop is cancelled by Nyla Kimberley, a full refund will be issued.
Where a session recording is included in your purchase, it will be sent to you within 24 hours of the session ending. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or published without written permission.
Phase 2: Create Your Life and Phase 3: Build Your Systems within the Build Your New Life series are available exclusively to participants who have completed Phase 1: The Life Audit. Nyla Kimberley reserves the right to refuse access to a workshop where the prerequisite has not been met, in which case a full refund will be issued.
The Life Audit Workbook is a digital product comprising the digital workbook, an audio companion, and video courses. Upon payment, access is delivered via a link sent to your registered email address, through the Life Audit Hub.
Digital products including digital workshop companions and audio companions are delivered by download or via a link sent to your registered email address.
By purchasing a Workbook or digital product you acknowledge that you are purchasing a licence to use the content for your personal development. You may not resell, redistribute, share access to, or create derivative works from any Workbook, audio companion or digital product without prior written consent from Nyla Kimberley.
Please note that by accessing a digital download, your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may be affected. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.
1:1 coaching is governed by a separate Client Agreement which will be provided to you before any coaching commences. These Terms of Service apply in addition to the Client Agreement where relevant. In the event of conflict, the Client Agreement takes precedence for the coaching relationship.
All content created and shared by Nyla Kimberley including the Build Your New Life framework, methodologies, worksheets, Workbook content, workshop materials, written copy, imagery and branding is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Nyla Kimberley.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own personal development purposes only.
The content, coaching and workshops provided by Nyla Kimberley are for educational and personal development purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
Results from coaching and workshop participation will vary between individuals. Nyla Kimberley does not guarantee any specific outcomes. The tools and frameworks shared are designed to support your development and it is your responsibility to apply them in a way that is appropriate for your circumstances.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyla Kimberley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, attendance at workshops, purchase of the Workbook, or engagement in coaching.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your use of this website and your personal data are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Nyla Kimberley reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
