These Terms of Service explain the rules for using nylakimberley.com and buying our products and services. Please read the terms that apply to your purchase before booking and keep a copy. The terms and promises agreed when you purchased continue to apply to that purchase; this update does not remove existing customer rights.
Nyla Kimberley is a self leadership coaching and education brand founded by Tramaine Kimberley. Your contract is with Nyla Kimberley Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16428760.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other person's use of it.
All content on this website including text, images, workshop materials, branding, and design is the intellectual property of Nyla Kimberley and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

We may update descriptions, prices and availability for future purchases. These updates do not change an existing booking or remove anything already agreed with you. We will contact you about any proposed material change to a booked service and explain the options available, including applicable cancellation and refund rights.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Payment is taken using the payment option and schedule shown before you complete your purchase.
Membership products renew automatically. The membership price is taken monthly using the payment method you provide, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where a membership is sold at a founding or introductory rate, that rate applies for the first 12 months of continuous membership. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate will no longer be available and the current membership price will apply.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Nyla Kimberley does not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third party payment provider.
If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you so you can choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund. We will not increase the price of an accepted booking without your agreement.
Build Your New Life is one programme comprising Audit, Create and Build. One enrolment covers all three phases. The order of the phases is the learning sequence; it does not require three separate purchases.
Your programme includes seven live 90-minute group sessions on Zoom, supporting workbook, audio and video learning resources, and three private one-hour coaching sessions, one after each phase. The group is limited to 12 participants.
Your booking becomes a contract when we confirm acceptance of your place by email. Your agreed package, calendar, price, payment arrangements and the applicable terms form part of that contract. Keep your booking confirmation and a copy of these terms.
The programme includes one Audit, three Create, and three Build group sessions, each lasting 90 minutes on Zoom. A private one-hour session follows each phase. Your agreed calendar and private-session booking windows form part of your booking confirmation.
Starts Sunday 10 January 2027.
The total programme price is £495. Any payment options offered for your booking, including Klarna where available to you, will be shown before you pay. Klarna determines eligibility and provides the repayment schedule and its own payment terms. Klarna confirms the exact instalments and any rounding at checkout. A payment plan spreads the £495 programme cost. Hub membership is included while you are studying with NK. When you finish studying, you can continue your membership for £45 a month. This includes continued access to the Hub and community, plus priority access to any NK masterclasses. Continued monthly membership is optional and is not automatically started by a programme purchase.
You are responsible for joining each session on time with a suitable device, an internet connection and access to Zoom. If you miss a group session that takes place as agreed, no refund is offered for that missed session. Missing a session does not itself cancel your place in the rest of the programme or remove your statutory rights or eligibility for the satisfaction guarantee below. You can use your supporting learning resources to revisit the material; the live group conversation is not recorded.
All three private one-hour sessions must be used within the agreed programme booking windows, one after each phase. Please arrange your appointments in good time. You must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a private session.
If you arrive late, your private session still ends at the originally booked time, so you receive only the time remaining. If you do not attend a booked private session, it is forfeited. These attendance conditions do not remove your statutory rights or remedies where we do not provide the agreed service.
These revised offer details apply to new seven-session purchases. Existing purchasers retain their agreed price, session package, calendar, access, and guarantee, including any previously purchased 13-session programme.
If you are dissatisfied after Audit and decide to leave the programme, you can claim a refund of 50% of the total £495 programme price: £247.50. Email tramaine@nylakimberley.com within seven days after Audit ends, stating that you are dissatisfied and wish to leave.
You do not need to demonstrate a particular outcome, complete particular exercises or meet an attendance requirement to use this satisfaction guarantee. Your withdrawal ends your place in the remaining programme, including any unused private sessions. Access to the programme workbook, audio and video resources ends when the satisfaction refund is issued.
The guarantee refunds half of the total programme price, rather than half of an individual instalment. For Klarna purchases, we will process the refund against the original transaction so the provider can reconcile your balance and any refund due to you. A partial refund does not necessarily cancel every remaining instalment.
The guarantee expires seven days after Audit ends. If you continue with the programme, no further voluntary satisfaction refund is offered. These conditions do not limit your statutory cancellation rights or remedies if we fail to deliver the agreed service.

Life Audit Hub membership is included with your Build Your New Life programme while you are studying with NK. This includes Audit, Create and Build, all three digital workbooks, audio, all Hub courses and the full Skills library. When you finish studying, you can continue your membership for £45 a month. This includes continued access to the Hub and community, plus priority access to any NK masterclasses. Existing purchasers retain any access already promised in their booking. If you receive a refund under the satisfaction guarantee, included programme access ends when the refund is issued, in accordance with your agreed terms.
The NK community is included while you are studying with NK. Continued access to the community is included in the optional £45 monthly membership after your studies. Live group and private coaching sessions remain limited to your agreed programme package. If you join a WhatsApp cohort group, your phone number and profile information may be visible to other members. Joining the group is optional. Live group sessions are not recorded. The supporting audio and video learning resources are separate from the live group conversations.
Personal sharing is optional. You can engage by listening, reflecting privately and completing exercises. Please respect other participants and keep their personal disclosures confidential.
Do not record sessions, use transcription or recording bots, take screenshots of other participants' disclosures, or share private group content outside the programme. We cannot guarantee another participant's behaviour or absolute confidentiality. This does not prevent disclosures required by law or appropriate action to address a serious safeguarding concern.
We may intervene where behaviour involves harassment, threats, repeated disruption or breaches of another participant's privacy. We will explain the concern and, where appropriate, give an opportunity to put it right. Serious safety or privacy risks may require immediate removal from a session. Any further restriction or ending of participation will be proportionate, with refund and payment consequences assessed fairly and without removing statutory rights.
This section concerns separately purchased workshops, including historical Audit-only places. It does not make the phases of a complete Build Your New Life enrolment separate purchases. Existing customers retain the terms, guarantees, materials and recording entitlements agreed for their purchase.
When you purchase a workshop place, you will receive a confirmation email with joining instructions. Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
You are responsible for ensuring you can attend on the confirmed date. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your options in that event are:
Workshop cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy, subject to any more favourable terms agreed when you purchased. If the workshop is cancelled by Nyla Kimberley, a full refund will be issued.
Where a session recording is included in your purchase, it will be sent to you within 24 hours of the session ending. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or published without written permission.
Phase 2: Create Your Life and Phase 3: Build Your Systems within the Build Your New Life series are available exclusively to participants who have completed Phase 1: The Life Audit. Any prerequisite for a separately purchased workshop must be disclosed before purchase. This does not permit us to deny an already purchased phase of the complete programme because a participant missed an earlier session.
Life Audit Hub membership is included with Build Your New Life and both the 6-week and 12-week private coaching programmes while you are studying with NK. Standalone or continued membership costs £45 a month and includes Audit, Create and Build, all three digital workbooks, audio, all Hub courses, the full Skills library, NK community access, and priority access to any NK masterclasses. Included programme access is arranged with your enrolment. For a paid monthly membership, access details and your community invitation are sent to your registered email address after your first payment.
Membership access, including the WhatsApp community, lasts for as long as your membership remains active. Anything you have written or exported from the Hub remains yours to keep.
Digital products including digital workshop companions and audio companions are delivered by download or via a link sent to your registered email address.
By purchasing a membership or digital product you acknowledge that you are purchasing a licence to use the content for your personal development. You may not resell, redistribute, share access to, or create derivative works from any Hub content, workbook, audio companion or digital product without prior written consent from Nyla Kimberley.
Accessing or downloading content alone does not remove your cancellation rights. Where digital content is supplied during an applicable 14-day cancellation period, loss of the right to cancel that digital supply requires your prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgement that the right will be lost once supply begins, and the required contract confirmation. This does not waive cancellation rights for a live coaching service or remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. Please also read our Refund Policy.
Standalone 1:1 coaching is governed by the Client Agreement made available before you purchase. These Terms of Service also apply where relevant. The Client Agreement takes precedence for that standalone coaching relationship, without reducing your statutory rights. Private sessions included in a complete programme are governed by the terms for that programme.
All content created and shared by Nyla Kimberley including the Build Your New Life framework, methodologies, worksheets, Workbook content, workshop materials, written copy, imagery and branding is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Nyla Kimberley.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own personal development purposes only.
The content, coaching and workshops provided by Nyla Kimberley are for educational and personal development purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
Results from coaching and workshop participation vary between individuals. We do not promise a particular personal outcome. This does not limit any express satisfaction guarantee agreed with you, our obligation to provide the service as described and with reasonable care and skill, or your statutory remedies.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of the breach or was contemplated by you and us when the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights in relation to our services or digital content, including remedies where they are faulty, misdescribed or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of this website and your personal data are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
We may update these terms for future purchases and future website use. Each published version will show its effective date. A later website update does not retrospectively replace the terms or promises agreed for an existing purchase. Any change to an existing contract must be agreed with you or otherwise lawfully permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable law gives them those rights.
