How the framework works

Most advice tells you to push harder. This does the opposite. You go across the eight areas of your life, in order, and you choose how far you take it.

01   Audit

See it clearly.

An honest look across all eight areas of your life. You name what is actually draining you, instead of feeling vaguely overwhelmed by all of it.

02   Create

Decide what fits.

From what is wrong to what you actually want, area by area. A real life that fits the woman you are now, clear enough to act on.

03   Build

Put it in place.

Systems that hold without you having to feel motivated every day. What you build, and how far you take it, is yours.

The work is yours to do. The structure is mine to help guide you.
