We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Nyla Kimberley. This policy sets out clearly when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at tramaine@nylakimberley.com and we will be happy to help.
Workshop places are non refundable once purchased. This is because cohort sizes are strictly limited and a place held for you prevents another woman from booking.
If you are unable to attend your workshop, you have two options provided you give us at least 48 hours notice:
If you give less than 48 hours notice or do not attend without notice, your place will be forfeited with no transfer or credit available.
If you attend the full session, complete the workshop audit or exercises, and genuinely do not leave with at least one clear outcome or priority, please email us within 7 days of the session. We will review your request and, where reasonable, issue a full refund. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our sessions and our commitment to your experience.
In the unlikely event that Nyla Kimberley cancels a workshop, all attendees will receive a full refund within 5 working days. We will make every effort to offer an alternative date.
Where a session recording is included in your purchase or purchased as an add on, it is a digital product and is non refundable once delivered.
Digital products including the Workshop Companion, audio companions, and other digital downloads are non refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun.
Where a digital product has not yet been accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing tramaine@nylakimberley.com.
If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or fails to download correctly, we will resolve this promptly by either replacing the product or issuing a full refund.
The Life Audit Manual is a physical product shipped with an accompanying digital audio companion. The following terms apply:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the return.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
If you are unsatisfied with how your refund request has been handled, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or seek alternative dispute resolution.
