You do not need a full overhaul. You need focused, dedicated time on the thing that actually matters.

The 6 week programme is a focused container for one area of your life you are ready to shift. Each session builds on the last. You arrive with a topic and leave with clarity, insight, and real momentum. Not a plan I hand you. A shift you make, with someone beside you who listens for what you have not said yet.
What 6 weeks is built for:

What the work looks like:
You bring the area. We work it together. Some weeks we go into the heart of it. Some weeks we step back and look at how it connects to the rest of your life.
The pace is yours. The structure is mine.
At the start of every session I ask what you need: to be listened to, challenged, held, or pushed. You tell me, and I follow your lead from there.
How I work:
Soft but honest. Structured and soulful. You can take your time here, or take big steps. Both are welcome. This is not advice. Not a plan I hand you. A space where you do your own thinking, at your own pace, with someone beside you who listens for what you have not said yet.

Before we begin:
Every programme starts with a free 30 minute clarity call. Not a pitch. A real conversation, because good coaching only works when there is genuine trust and mutual fit.
You ask your questions. I explain how it works. We decide together. If it is a yes, we begin. If the timing is not right, that is okay too. You leave with clarity either way.
Why it is built this way:
Systems over willpower. Motivation runs out. A well built system does not.

If you are not sure whether 6 or 12 is right, bring it to the clarity call. Six weeks suits a focused shift in one area. Twelve weeks suits deeper identity work, multiple areas, or a transition that needs time to settle. There is no wrong answer. There is just the one that fits where you are.
