Build Your New Life Programme

Description

A guided programme for women who feel confused, overwhelmed, or unsure which way to turn. Explore your beliefs, recognise your strengths, and choose a next step that matters to you, with support from Tramaine and other women.

The programme is designed to help you gain self-awareness, identify a priority, and begin a manageable action. You do not need to arrive with all the answers or change every area of your life.

Your three phases

• Audit · 1 group session: understand where you are through your Life Audit Map, patterns, and a priority to explore.
• Create · 3 group sessions: explore beliefs, recognise successes and strengths, and consider goals that fit your priorities.
• Build · 3 group sessions: choose a goal, create a Post-it action board, identify systems and support, and review your first steps.

During Build, begin or book one manageable action and review what you learn before the group sessions end.

What is included

• Seven live 90-minute group sessions on Zoom, with up to 12 women.
• Three private one-hour coaching sessions with Tramaine, one after each phase, in addition to the group sessions.
• Life Audit Hub membership while you are studying with NK, including Audit, Create and Build, all three digital workbooks, audio, all Hub courses and the full Skills library.
• Pre-programme questionnaire and personal review.
• WhatsApp cohort community.

After Audit, your private session explores your own map and priorities. After Create, clarify what to take forward. After Build, review progress and identify next steps beyond the group sessions.

Personal sharing is optional. Live group sessions are not recorded. The supporting teaching audio and videos are separate resources. If you miss a session, use these resources and the relevant workbook activities to revisit the focus.

You do not need to complete every workbook page. The core work is supported in group and private sessions, with Going Deeper available for optional reflection.

Price and payment

£495 for the complete programme. Pay in full or choose Klarna Pay in 3 where available. Klarna confirms eligibility and your exact payment schedule at checkout. One payment plan covers Audit, Create, and Build; it is not a separate purchase of each phase.

Satisfaction guarantee after Audit

If dissatisfied after Audit, you can withdraw by emailing within seven days after Audit ends and receive £247.50, 50% of the total programme price. No attendance, exercise-completion, or outcome requirement applies. Withdrawal ends your remaining programme, including unused private sessions; resource access ends when the refund is issued. Hub membership, included with your programme

Your Build Your New Life programme includes access to the Life Audit Hub while you are studying with NK, including Audit, Create and Build, all three digital workbooks, audio, all Hub courses, the full Skills library and the NK community.

When you finish studying, you can continue your membership for £45 a month. This includes continued access to the Hub and community, plus priority access to any NK masterclasses.
