The Life Audit is the first programme in Build Your New Life. Over four weeks you take an honest look across all eight areas of your life, two areas each week, so nothing gets rushed.
Each week you watch a short set of training videos first, then join a one hour live group session. You also have a private 45 minute coaching session with Tramaine, booked on availability.
