It walks you through all eight areas of your life, one at a time, with reflection prompts, affirmations, and generous space to write. You finish with an honest view of where you actually are. That perspective is the foundation for everything that comes next.
This is the physical version, a printed manual posted to your door. There is something different about working on paper. Pen in hand, phone down, nothing between you and the page. It comes with the audio companion too. That is me talking you through all eight areas in my own voice. Not a course. Not a lecture. A companion, built to feel like I am in the room with you while you work.
